Offer and conclusion of contract

(1) We reserve the right to limit orders as well as to cancel them.

(2) Customers in Germany, Switzerland and the European Union are supplied.

(3) By placing an order with the company, the customer submits an offer for a purchase contract. The conclusion of the contract is concluded with the dispatch of the goods to the customer or by e-mail in the form of a confirmation. The company must therefore accept the offer, otherwise no purchase contract is concluded.

terms of payment

(1) After the conclusion of the purchase contract, the payment must be made by the customer within 14 days.

late payment

(1) If the customer does not pay for the goods by the due date after the first reminder, the customer is in default. Meanwhile, the customer has to pay interest on the debt of 5% above the base interest rate.

retention of title

(1) The product to be sold remains the property of the company until full payment has been made.

shipping costs and import duties

(1) The customer will be informed of the amount of shipping costs to be paid before placing the order.

(2) Any import duties outside of Germany that may arise must be borne by the customer himself. The amount of the removal may vary due to different customs areas.

(3) You can return unworn items within 14 days send back after receiving the shipment. The credit will usually be issued within 14 days after we have received your package. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return himself.

  • washed or worn products cannot be returned or exchanged. Only goods that have been tried on for a size test can be returned.
  • The goods must not be sent uninsured or freight collect, otherwise we will have to charge you for the costs. Please keep the return receipt issued until you receive the refund.
  • The goods must be properly packed.

The shipping costs in Germany are € 3.99 .

With an order value over 80€ the shipping is free.

United Kingdom

The shipping costs are € 6.45 .

With an order value over 100€ the shipping is free.

Switzerland

The shipping costs in Switzerland are € 7.99 .

With an order value above 120€ shipping is free.

Other countries

(Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Austria)

The shipping costs are € 5.99 .

With an order value over 100€ the shipping is free.

delivery time

Germany: 3-8 days

International: 4-14 days

All of our products are one-offs , so they have to be produced before they can be shipped. This saves resources and avoids unnecessary inventory. There is no production at the weekend, so these days are excluded from the delivery time. For large orders, shipping may vary slightly as multiple products need to be produced before they can be shipped.
