right of withdrawal
(1) Products that are to be returned should only be sent to our returns office: Oderstraße 63, 14513 Teltow.
(2) You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(3) We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
(4) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from then...
(5) In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement to One Pelican, Jahnstraße 12, 27793 Wildeshausen, e-mail address: t ext@one-pelican.com (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e- Mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
(1) for the delivery of goods that have already been worn, unpacked or the hangtags removed.
(2) for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are unsuitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
