All of our products are one-offs , so they have to be produced before they can be shipped. This saves resources and avoids unnecessary inventory. There is no production at the weekend, so these days are excluded from the delivery time. For large orders, shipping may vary slightly as multiple products need to be produced before they can be shipped.

You can return unworn items within 14 days send back after receiving the shipment. The credit will usually be issued within 14 days after we have received your package. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return himself.
- washed or worn products cannot be returned or exchanged. Only goods that have been tried on for a size test can be returned.
- The goods must not be sent uninsured or freight collect, otherwise we will have to charge you for the costs. Please keep the return receipt issued until you receive the refund.

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is the world's leading standard for recycled textiles. It applies to the entire supply chain and includes traceability, environmental protection, social requirements, chemical ingredients and labelling. All recycled cotton, recycled polyester and recycled nylon materials that we use are GRS certified.
Fair Wear Foundation
The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an independent organization that works with clothing brands, garment workers and industry leaders to improve working conditions in garment factories. FWF conducts regular audits at our partner factories and orders corrective actions where necessary to ensure workers' rights and their safe, dignified and decently paid employment.

Are items damaged or missing during shipping?
In this case, we ask you to submit a damage report to your local parcel service within 7 working days of delivery.
Then send us the stamped copy by email or PDF. As soon as we have received the PDF or image from you, we will arrange for a forwarding if the items are in stock.
The item does not arrive
Please contact your local parcel service first and only then please contact one-pelican@mail.de .
What happens to the return?
The items are checked unpacked and repacked. The product is then sent again to avoid using unnecessary resources. Unfortunately, the items have to be sent again. For this reason, we ask that you do not order any products to try on.
